In accordance with the best practices of the Hauhkunoleiksflutt and Raiksharjis, all but one native-born regiment is to withdraw from Hweituzdas. Furthermore, so Handlingmörei Flutt is hereby ordered to return to Niujishaban and begin the removal of all equipment and supplies from port. They are to be rebased out of Ifriq-Stapulhaban in the Kingdom of Tanysira and are to provide full support in assisting the Raikhsharjis in its vacating of Hweituzdas. They are to return to regular patrols afterwards and stand-down from full readiness.
The Meinitzmarkharjis is to be reinforced to full strength with elements from the Gankandsharjis (300.000) and is to be deployed to safeguard Sheenish Ports and the Dunwikki homeland. A Hriggs (50.000) is to be assigned to guard the Sheenish-Valanion Frontier, a Kreggaistas (5.500) is to be sent to occupy and guard the Sheenish ports to the north-east, and the remainder of the Harjis is to remain in Dunwik proper.
So Haimleikssaiwin Flutt and so Wisteins Fermeigswäʔoflutt are to begin joint operations and patrols between þo Westajlandin and the sub-Arctic territories of Niujisland. All ships are to carry full-loads. Two Hriggen (100.000) are to guard þo Westajlandin and one Hriggs (50.000) is to guard Ezoland. Upon return of so Grot Westflutt, regular patrol routes and operations are to return.
All territories and Lands are to retain one Kreggaistas (totalling 115.500).
The remaining forces (430.000) are to remain guarding the Raikh proper.
