As the Ryukyuans, sans HCS council member, left Moderal and returned to Uchinā, a notification was sent to the Sovereign Emperor concerning the negotiations. In turn, the Emperor called in a meeting including Grand Admiral Kazuyuki, CEO of Naval Security Solutions Koshamain Atui, Department Head of Supply Gakuto Ogosuku, Department Head of War Motobu Chōki, and Qin diplomat Huang Zhao. The meeting was held in the Royal Court at Shurijo Castle.
SE: “Haisai good sirs, we are here today to figure out the logistics of our new participation in the Han Coprosperity Sphere involving us, Qin, and Moderal”.
GAK: “Well, Anji-osoi-jyanashi Ogiyakamowi, I will need more cruisers and destroyers, to provide escort to the trade vessels.

SE: “Sir Huang Zhao, please read these documents and present their contents to the Empress. They are essential to Qin’s economic development.”
HZ: “I will do as you say, Anji-osoi-jyanashi.”
SE: “Well it would be rude to send you all away immediately, have you all eaten yet?”
Everyone but the Emperor answered no. The Emperor responds:
“Very well, I invite you all to stay for lunch and tea.”
Then, having eaten, the persons involved in the meeting were dismissed to their respective places. The Department Heads worked on the logistics of everything, Koshamain managed his business and contracts, and Huang Zhao went to the Capital of Qin to report to the Empress.
