Treaty on the Production of Military Equipment
This treaty outlines the details, clauses, and production quotas, and trade liberalization requirements for nations to be in compliance with these treaties.
1. Joint Arms Manufacturing
1.1) All nations agree to the creation of an arms manufacturing company. This company will be equally owned by each nation.
1.2) The production facilities owned by this company or subcontractors will be enitrely within the borders of the signatory nations.
1.3) This company will produce arms as ordered by the Empire of Lussia alone.
1.3.1) Current orders for the Empire of Lussia in small arms are: 450,000 LMGs, 4,000,000 Rifles, 50,000 Machinepistols, 4,500,000 Pistols, 8,000,000 mechanical stick-grenades, 100,000 HMGs, 10,000 20mm Auto Cannons, 5,000 40mm Auto Cannons, 5,000 of 88mm howitzers, 8,000 of 88mm artillery, 10,000 of 150mm artillery.
1.3.2) Tooling for the production of these arms and the instruction of assembly shall be provided by the Empire of Lussia
1.3.3) Current orders for the Empire of Lussia in transportation consist of: 200,000 Armoured Trucks, 50,000 Motorcycles, 100,000 Bicycles.
2. Naval Production
2.2) Signatories of this pact agree to the production of military vessels within their national shipyards for the Empire of Lussia
2.2.1) The Empire of Lussia will provide the designs for these naval vessels.
2.2.2) Current ship orders from the Empire of Lussia are 50 landing ships, 20 U-Boats, 15 artillery boats U-boats, 20 U-Destroyers, 15 U-Cruisers, 5 U-Battleships.
3. Trade Liberalization
3.1) The Signatories to this pact agree to the suspension of all trade tariffs and export limitations*(see 3.1.2) in the areas outlined in clause 3.1.1. This liberalisation is entirely for the purposes of Lussian payment and does not apply outside of this context.
3.1.1) Agriculture, mineral exports, forestry, and military equipment
3.1.2) Any other treaty currently applying to any signatory of this treaty which limits exports is to be upheld.
4. Payment
3.1) The Empire of Lussia agrees to pay for the purchase of arms with materials, be it physical material shipments or in future material exports.
