We are writing to you on this day to offer the possibility of a mutually beneficial agreement. As you might be aware, we have recently come into possession of several new territories that are in need of colonisation. While we would normally not seek our foreigers to act as colonists, we feel that in the spirit of sharing wealth and prosperity with our neighbours, it is only right that we do so now.
As such, we wish to offer you a treaty to allow for migration from your lands to our colonies, on condition that they swear loyalty to the Hauhkuno and Swersgesatt. Should you wish it, we would also gladly sign an equally reciprocal treaty with regards to your colonies.
