I hope this letter finds itself in the good graces of those who would wish to see a better Kaskadien tomorrow. Neither myself, nor my organization, wish to harm any nation's sovereignty, as long as they do not wish to harm our own.
I suppose, first and foremost, you would want to know what kind of bedlam this letter escaped from, and how it ended up in the hands of a great leader such as yourself. My name is Justin Brewer, and I assure you it is with a sound mind and hopeful soul this letter was penned. I simply wish for my people's tomorrow to be bright as the summer sun, and I quite frankly cannot entrust such a dream to Anarchists or the Duke of Kaskader. My men have likely seen this letter to your hands as we look for materiel and volunteers, hoping to ensure our sucess against enemies of liberty and prosperity.
Your agents will likely see my Volunteer Corps as one which cannot win, one that must achieve far too much to even be seen as a dark horse in this race of thoroughbred generals and politicians. But we have long dared mighty things in the Northern Reaches, and who dares in this conflict, shall be who wins it all. We look outwards to you, not out of desperation, but out of hope that we can ensure that our nation shall be able to work with others, trading our crops, ores, and arms outward with the world around us, and make progress in the fields of medicine, engineering, and arithmetic. We wish to work together, for our mutual benefit. I will be the first to admit, I am not partial to monarchs, but I shall work with anyone I need to if I can ensure that the results will benefit my fellow Kaskadiens.
If you find me unsuitable to ally with, so be it, I hope you make the right choice for my people if I have not. If you do find me a potential ally, please let us know, we would gladly take any help you can offer us.
May you and your people see long-lasting prosperity, Justin A. Brewer, Commander of the Northern Reaches Volunteer Corps.

To my friends across the world,
I am Commandant-Admiral James Culpepper, currently in charge of the transitional committee here in the Pellian Islands. I send word from Port Roberts, that we wish to trade and ally with your nations if you so choose. We have no intention of betrayal or infringement upon your sovereignty, only a desire for alliances to bring the mainland back under democratic rule. It seems that the Kaskadiens will drag us into this war, so we shall join now and see if we can set right a once prosperous nation. We want aid, both in materiel and manpower in this endeavor, and therefore we turn to you. Few costs are too great for our people's security and liberty, and we wish to see ourselves as equals, not subjects.
If you can accept that last part, we can ally ourselves, offer our ports, timber, and precious metals to your nation, in exchange for your aid and effort.
See you in Port Roberts, James Culpepper

To Commandant-Admiral James Culpepper,
We the families of Razboi and Lupta have recieved your letter and are sympathetic to your plight. We would be happy to send a force to assist you. However we run short on naval power and the new families resist our requests for aid. So we must ask for an escort for our troops.
Our troops are well equiped for fighting in all terrain and conditions. They are specially trained for covert operations. We ensure you that your side will rightfully win.
-Razboi and Lupta of Moderal

Workers of the World, heed the call of your brothers!
We of the Kaskadien Syndicalist Union are fighting to establish a new system, one run by the workers, for the workers. We need supplies to fight off the Republicans and foul Tyrant-Kings that would tread upon our brethren across the Ringsea, and the world at large. Supplies are limited when the workers cannot safely join their brothers and sisters in the factory, lest they be executed by a false Duke or deranged Dunwikki Mercenary.
Soldiers must be fed, and our farmers are harassed and terrorized by the Naval Infantry’s vain attempts at reinstating their corrupt regime. These obstacles must be overcome if we are to see Syndicalism, and its brother ideologies, Socialism and Communism come back into prominence! Kings may call us a Red Menace, but we are brothers of the assembly line! From New Respite to Sadalen, we must see aid come to Kaskadien shores if we are to show kings that we do indeed threaten their crowns!
Help us tear down the old regimes! The Young Kaskadien, Arthur Steele

Even the offering of aid, however small, is a gesture we shall not take lightly. We shall see to it that vessels are sent to your aid, the Pellian Vessels Ballad, Endurance, Defiant and Liberty are steaming towards your shores at full speed, to render security for your convoy. They will also, with your approval, establish a legation within your borders, operated by one Captain Gareth Sanderson until a more suitable official can be found. He is a good man; we hope he can perform his duties as a diplomat as well as he does a commander. We do hope to see more peaceful and diplomatic relations once this war is over, but until we can meet in person, Sanderson will have to suffice as an interim diplomat. Many thanks from Port Roberts, James Culpepper

The Young Kaskadien, Arthur Steele To Arthur Steele, We can not endorse your rampant rebellion against the natural order of things, but we can see a good cause when it appears before us. As it has always been, the care of the peasants is the duty of the landlord to whom they owe their fealty and service. If these duties have been neglected, then we must assume the responsibility to fulfil them and aid you in your cause. To begin with, we would counsel you to seek remediation with your rightful rulers and seek a compact with them, one which balances your needs with the needs of maintaining the natural order and stability of your country, whatever of it is left. To aid in this, we would gladly act as an intermediary between your factions, with us being willing to provide more material aid once a proper contract has been established. If necessary, we would also help in your establishing institutions after our own, to provide welfare, unemployment aid, and more. Yours, Sa Hebiðdräkh af þis Garda, Karl Helgi Drake

To all seeking to intervene, We wish you all the greatest of successes in the coming events. As this civil war has brought about a great deal of international attention, we feel it is only right to seek a compromise between all interested parties and an agreement to limit the resources expended in this distant land, as we no doubt wish to avoid a general war breaking out over such a place. With this in mind, we hereby propose the following conditions: - All ships carrying aid are to be subject to inspection by any power wishing to inspect them and must fly a flag of red and yellow chequers to indicate their intention.
- All medical, weapons, and advisory aid is to be unlimited, but the locals must ultimately fight this war for themselves.
- Volunteers are to be limited to five-thousand (5.000) per intervening nation, with these men being transported only through neutral Dunwik so that their movements and numbers can be observed and confirmed by third parties.
- No direct actions are to be taken between parties outside of the land territories of the Kaskader Union.
- All factions are to provide their men with clear identification so that they can be properly cared for and repatriated in the event of capture.
We hope that the other governments of the world will agree to these terms, so that we might keep this a most civilised affair.

Is Dunwik not seeking to intervene in the affair. We must suggest that another neutral party is designated for transport, or at least require that all troop troop transport be inspected by a neutral party. Otherwise we agree to these terms.
