To the Asderaordian rebels:
This note is hereby sent with the Magdala's approval. Let it be of note that this declaration was discussed in the Assembly hall, voted on and passed with a minimum majority of two thirds, as is established in the Union's Constitution. The following message carries the will of Her Majesty and Her Government.
The United Kingdom of Magdalenum, Rodina, Fortaleza and Costa do Carvão does not recognise the sovereignty of the Asderaordian rebels. The rightful ruler of Duom Asderaordia is, in truth, King Gabriel Von Marcum.
The United Kingdom of Magdalenum, Rodina, Fortaleza and Costa do Carvão does not recognise any claim of ownership of the Duomish strait the Asderaordian rebels might have, and will continue to use it as it sees fit. Routine Navy ferries to the Province of Fortaleza will not cease, and will not change course. RAF command is instructed to interpret any attempt to intercept Her Majesty's ships by rebel vessels as an act of war.
Should an attempt to intercept be made, the ships will fire three flare shots, with a 15 minute interval. If the attempt to intercept has not ceased after the third flare has been fired, it is to be understood that the Asderaordian rebels intend to attack, and a state of war between both nations will now exist.
