The General Language Attainment Measurement
To all the teaching authorities and government ministries concerned with education and culture,
Acknowledging the troubling lack of uniformity in how we measure a student's language comprehension is only one step in reaching an eventual goal of a truly rational form of education. Without such a thing, we will forever remain to an unnecessary degree fragmented and unable to easily know how far along a student is should they need to transfer to another school or buy a new pedagogue.
It is for the establishment of a universal standard that we write to you this day. We believe that such a thing is not only necessary but imminently attainable and that we should establish a multi-lingual and multi-national organisation to categorise and analyse languages, their difficulties, and establish their major mile stones for different cultural and linguistic groups, so as to help learners and teachers attain a better understanding of these tongues that we speak.
In our own homeland, we are currently establishing an institution for the preservation, categorisation, and administration of the Hundisch tongue, so as to help alleviate issues with multiple dialects having different grammatical features and lexicons. While we do not believe this to be necessary for all, we would gladly see such institutes spread abroad as a means or preserving linguistic purity and distinctiveness.
We look forward to hearing your responses,
So Gasaljaskapiz faur Sprekhlisnojaning
