With the war over, some Magdali troops returning home were not happy with how things had turned out. A General by the name of Américo Tomaz, leading a group of roughly 42 000 soldiers, approached the Magdala, with a request. With memories of the time King Hengist had presided over the RAF renovations, and the tales he had spread of Tholish knightly orders, these men wanted to venture forth, and form an order of their own.
"Your Majesty, my men and I come to you with a request. We seek to head out on our own, and form a peacekeeping force, loyal to no one but ourselves." Said General Américo.
The Magdala, seeing that saying no to what essentially amounted to a small army, would prove unwise in the state the nation was in, relented. "I will accept, but you must promise me, that no link between us may exist. In our eyes, you will be a foreign nation. One we hope we will be on good terms with, but do not expect us to treat you as a protectorate. After the paperwork is done, you will truly be on your own."
"That is only fair. Are we agreed then?" Said Américo, with a smile.
"We are." Said Isabel, sighing. "If you are looking for somewhere to settle, I suggest you head West."
The two poured over ancient maps of Victrix, and of the Ringsea. Eventually, they found an abandoned Castle, nestled in an island South of Sadalen. The position was precarious, but acceptable. Old Archivist records indicated the Castle belonged to a long lost order of knights who had once called themselves the "Wardens of Grey", and the Castle's name was Weisshaupt.
"We shall go to this island and make it our own," Said Américo. "Farewell, Your Highness. Serving you has been an honor."
"Having you has been equably Honorable. Farewell General, or should I say, First Warden."

Treaty of Weisshaupt
As of the signing of this document, Her Royal Majesty's Government recognises that former General of the Royal Army Américo Tomaz de Carvalho e Mello, and all of the 42 561 men under his command, are no longer considered citizens of the United Kingdom of Magdalenum, Fortaleza and Costa Negra, and are instead citizens of a new nation, to be called the "Grey Wardens." The relations between both nations will currently be neutral, and while Her Majesty's Government hopes that stronger ties may be implemented in the future, it is as of yet unwilling to make lasting bonds. The Families of the soldiers will be given a period one year in lentgh to decide wether or not they desire to accompany their relatives. The Grey Wardens are to initially settle the Island of Weisshaupt, and only the Island of Weisshaupt. The United Kingdom of Magdalenum, Fortaleza and Costa Negra recognises Grey Warden sovereignty, and the legitimacy of its new head of State, His Excellency First Warden Américo Tomaz de Carvalho e Mello.

With the Treaty signed, the Newly restored Grey Wardens set out to Weisshaupt. A long rebuilding process is now ahead of them, as their Archivists predict it'll will take around three years and three months to rebuild Weisshaupt Castle, given they have access to proper building materials. To ensure the arrival of proper construction materials, in addition to more modern equipment, First Warden Tomaz sends High Constable de Sousa and Warden-Commander Rodrigues, to the Empire of Sadalen. Their goal is to ensure trade bonds between them and the Order, but also to hopefully allow her to open the first international branch of the Order.
They set out on a small vessel that had been given to the Order from Magdalenum as a parting gift, a restored Rodinan Destroyer. It was completely stripped of weapons, and reduced to a simple transport vessel. With previous radio communications annoucing that the ship was on its way, the W.M.S Weisshaupt steamed off to Sadalen.

It was completely stripped of weapons, and reduced to a simple transport vessel. With previous radio communications annoucing that the ship was on its way, the W.M.S Weisshaupt steamed off to Sadalen. Shortly after the small ship came through the Dragkona Strait, it was intercepted by a destroyer going by the name of 'So Bokleiks Magath'. As it made out the foreign ship's general shape and then design, they began immediately sending out a report of a possibly hostile warship in home waters before then firing off two warning shots across the prow of the destroyer and signalling via light for them to cut steam and heave to, as well as a request for identification and intention. As the ship complied and radiotelegrams from the homeland confirmed what it was saying, the captain of the Bokleiks Magath grew unhappy. Asking for and receiving permission to break from the established patrol routes and escort the vessel to port, he had his men keep a short distance behind the foreign vessel with the guns trained at all times.

The W.M.S. Weisshaupt slowly made its way into the Port of Morthal. It was not long before The High Constable and the Warden-Commander set foot on shore. Warden-Commander Rodrigues was the first to set foot on Sadaler soil, while shouting orders to the Wardens present in the ship. High Constable de Sousa, on the other hand, took time to observe the city from the ship, before heading off to land. Wardens formed a line behind the two of them, as they expected whatever native dignitaries that would arrive to take them where they needed to go.
"Remember Rodrigues," Said the High Constable. "We're here to negotiate with the Sadaler. There is no time for needless confrontations right now. Let me do the talking."
"Understood."

"We're here to negotiate with the Sadaler. There is no time for needless confrontations right now. Let me do the talking." "Understood." Seeing the odd and foreign ship now sitting in the harbour, Jansen began checking the arrivals to see if he could identify which they were. As he was doing this, a ring came from his telephone box and he had to stop to answer it. 'Customs Station 3, Hogarth Jansen speaking.' 'This is main office, we've been informed by the Flutt that an unexpected arrival's come into port and that they are wanting to head up the river. As they're going towards your station, we'd like it if you would process them for us and send them on their way.' 'Understood, anything else?' 'We're not sure how well they speak Hundisch, so you might need to try Sheenish or Tholish with them.' 'Thank you sir, have a good day.' Hanging up and closing the telephone box, he gathered several entry permits, a clipboard, declaration forms, some dry cured bacon, and a foldable desk and headed down to meet the outlanders. He could see that they were already landing and forming up int a nice little line for him and he was happy to see that they were groomed. The last thing he wanted was to catch lice or fleas from them. Coming to the them, he set up his desk and brought over a box to sit on. After finishing, he motioned to the closest one to approach and spoke plainly. 'Name, age, occupation, and purpose for your visit? Also, please fill out these forms and hand them to your mates as well.' He gave them the blank entry permits to fill in and the declaration forms. He would have them each eat some bacon or say a prayer to the gods before approving the permits, naturally, but doing things this way was much faster in his experience.

The High Constable, hearing the man's orders, presented himself, in passable Hundisch, though with a heavy Magdali accent. "Good afternoon Sir. We're here to represent the Grey Wardens in diplomatic duties in your capital. I'll distribute these forms." He then proceeded to distribute the forms to the rest of the men in his delegation. They had been careful to select only men that knew Hundisch, no matter how rusty it was. Though he still had to help a few with some words. His form read as follows: NAME | Pedro Miguel Pereira de Sousa
| AGE
| 23
| OCCUPATION
| High Constable of the Grey Wardens (High-ranking Military Officer)
| PURPOSE OF VISIT
| Diplomatic delegation to Sadalen, for purposes of discussing trade and establishment of a national Warden Branch.
|
Warden-Commander Rodrigues' form read as follows: NAME
| Joana Rodrigues
| AGE
| 30
| OCCUPATION
| Warden-Commander of the Grey Wardens (High-ranking Military Officer)
| PURPOSE OF VISIT
| Diplomatic delegation to Sadalen, for purposes of discussing trade and establishment of a national Warden Branch.

After having all of their forms confirmed and entry permits stamped, the party was allowed to book passage on a river boat heading into the interior of the country and towards the capital of Blairhaim itself. Thankfully for all involved, they did not book a regional boat and instead took an express, which while making fewer stops, did still take a week to get them to their ultimate destination. After having arrived in Blairhaim proper, they were let loose to explore the city and its modest streets. When they came to the Sluut they were simply waved in by the guards after having their entry permits inspected, who while suspicious of the odd looking foreigners, knew that they could not legally stop them from seeking an audience with the Hauhkuno whilst he was holding court. Walking into the palace proper, they were herded into a line by some other guards who stopped them from walking down the wrong corridors or opening doors. Before them was a man leading a lame horse that had seen some better days, a woman holding the what appeared to be underwear from two separate parties, and an old man carry a lamb. Beyond that, it was hard to make out what people were holding or looked like. After a few hours they were able to come into the audience chamber proper. At one desk two men sat with type-writers who seemed to be recording everything said and done in the court; on a raised dais sat the Hauhkuno and his heir, listening to the issues of the people; off to the side was a rather nice looking lounge area where some women sat with their children, doing odd pieces of work; and finally, on the back wall and side area sat some benches where the party was encouraged to sit down. First went the man with the lamb, who quickly explained how he had grown attached to it and did not want to part with it, even though he did not have enough of anything else to comfortably pay his taxes with. After less than a minute of deliberation and questioning, it was determined that he would work three months as a shepherd for the Hauhkuno to pay his owed taxes. Second went the woman with the underclothes. She threw them before the court and then threw down some rather fleshy sounding bits which she had wrapped in some now bloody cloth. She then proceeded to go on a rant about how her husband had cheated on her with her neighbour and she then demanded that she be allowed to 'finish the deed' she had started after swearing revenge. After confirming that her husband was not in fact the head of his house, a runner was sent to the local court for her district to have some agents dispatched to investigate the issue. She was then placed under arrest, with the understanding that should her story be found to be true, she would be released and legally permitted to finish her revenge on both parties. If her story were to not be found true... Well, they did not say and she did not seem to care enough to ask. After having the ground cleaned, the final man before the party went up with his horse. He simply pointed to the horses leg, said his neighbour did it, provided the name of the neighbour and himself, and then left once it was confirmed that a full report had been made and that summons would be issued.
