It has come to our attention, as the Governors of Liberty Mountain, that at 2:03 AM on December 25, 1902, that the Dull War Memorial Dam burst as a direct result of the heavy rains we received last night. We are currently voting on whether to accept outside help in rebuilding the dam and repairing the damages. Search and rescue missions are underway, with 72 bodies already recovered in lower Liberty Mountain alone. The Liberty War Museum and its artifacts have been secured, sustaining minor damages from the flooding.
