Event Writing Prompts

So, the Imperium Divinium brought up this idea and I really like it. Basically, we have special events that are user submitted that act as writing prompts to give people ideas. So, take for instance the following: a hundred or so years ago, a massive treasure fleet from the [enter name] Empire went missing, taking untold riches with them. Now, thanks to a combination of newer technologies and a random idiot stumbling across some of the gold, we know where the fleet is. Who will claim it first, how will you react, and what kind of implications will this have?
