After a particularly strange and rather worrying event, a message is sent to sadalens leader, the message reads:
"Greetings fair leader of the sadalen people, we hope this day treats you well. Recently, a very odd event has happened and based on our knowledge of your people, you may be able to help us more than others. During the great recovery, a ship has suddenly disappeared, without a trace. Sailors were looking at the ship as it happened, with clear skies and no fog, when it just suddenly disappeared, like a page ripped from a book. As much as we wish we could figure this out ourselves, we have little knowledge of what we ask you. We suspect, as silly or dumb as it may sound, that something paranormal has taken the ship and its crew, leaving no trace. Based on your nation's history and culture with paranormal activities, and we plea for your help.
Best regards, The Historian"

Coming out from the rain, a Guthij arrived at the houses for the Lustrian government. He had been dispatched from Hweitzuzdas to give advice on the spiritual and magical aspects of the disappearance and had also came bearing a letter of recommendation from his own government. To add to this, he had come with a letter from the Fluttbaurd of the Trade Seas Fleet containing a simple set of suggestions and instructions with regards to how to search for a missing ship.
Being let into the office of the Historian, the Guthij quickly handed over his letters and then made a suggestion of his own.
'We would go to the temple of the ship's dedication, make some sacrifices, and then erect a copy of the ship's idol or figurehead on a beach somewhere with someone to keep watch over it. Set fires around the copy so as to bake it. If the copy breaks, the ship is already gone, but otherwise it should still be fine. Once that is done, we would make more sacrifices until the ship is found.'

The historian sighs, and nods
'The preparations will be made. Thank you. Knowing how much we care for our own, this shouldn't take long'
And he was right. It took less than 3 days ti fully prepare the entire thing, and for the first time in many generations, the circle if historians exited the Vault and joined everyone on the beach, flanked by heavily armed gaurds
