I apologise for this small sabotage act committed by my citizens they shall be dealt with accordingly and hope this will not escalate further I just hope the Republic realises that they are damaging our economy at probably the worst time.

Regards Queen thodora The time for mere words to work has far passed, Queen Theodora, no words of yours will be enough to show real sincerity around the act of terror your people committed against us, and thus to show you are truly sorrowful for what has occured we demand 3 things to occur: 1 - All of our concessions for assisting you in your rebellion must be met, but that it lasts for 10 years not 5. The same is to be done for Dunwik. 2 - You must install a democratic government into your system as requested by the Heelish a few moons ago, though your monarchy may remain. 3 - You must guarantee that there will be no further meddling by your people in our canal project.
