Your Exellency, If it has not yet come to your attention that the coastal regions north of your most noteworthy and prosperous nation have recently come under the dominion of what you have surly come to know as invaders from across the sea. It is my honor to be the elected leader of that people. I am pleased to inform you that the rumors surrounding our arrival, and the nation we have been forming, are untrue. We Noreskans are not an invading people, but a people who discovered a land in turmoil and moved to set things right. As an offer of good will, I am extending to you both an invitation to visit the lands once considered tumultuous and wild frontiers. You will find the region stabalized, trade open, and borders well protected. It is our hope to foster good relations, and lasting friendships with our southern neighbors. I hope this letter finds you in excellent health, and may the Gods keep you.

Greetings and Salutations to you in the name of the One God whom you serve. Your Holy Magesty, it has surly come to your attention that the turmoil on the northern coastal lands has recently been influenced by a foreign people's arrival. It is my honor to be the Appointed Ruler of that people. Despite the rumors to the contrary, I write to you in good faith that our intentions are not that of barbaric conquerors. We Noreskans arrived in this land 75 years ago to a frontier region in turmoil and strife, and per the just laws of our people set about to make a better nation for all, both our own people, and those whom once called us enemies, who call themselves now by our name. It is my hope to foster good and stable relations with our neighbors, including your blessed nation. As Kern I invite you, or your emissaries, to visit our lands, see for yourself the state of these once wild and chaotic places, and judge the fruit of our labors. You will find a land of stable cities, good and just laws, a people protected and happy, and goods and services for trade.

It is my honor to inform you that the rumors of invading sea peoples bent on destruction and terror that have surly reached your most keen ears are but the exaggerations of bitter men defeated and exiled for their own crimes against the peace established by the people of the land now under the protection of my people. By the Grace of the gods, I have been chosen and set in a place of judgement over this people. As your time is precious I shall not delay to inform you of my intentions, and those of my people. We seek peaceful relations will all our neighbors, trade, and cooperation in mutually beneficial enterprises. Seeing your nation is a just nation of good laws, and having heard the great tellings of the piety and justness of your wise rule, It is my hope that we might abide in peace together.
If you are yet unsure of the stability established by the rule of our people, I cordially invite your emissaries to visit our lands, see the fields ready for harvest, the strong walls, and safe highways crafted by the sweat of our brow, and the determination of a people weary of strife whom have found in us their nation.

On behalf of sa Hauhkuno and representing the collective interests of the Raikhsgamotjing and Swersgesat, we are writing to inform you that an observer is to be offered as per your invitation.
Due to ongoing events within the Raikh and without, sa Hauhkuno Vauhoks is unable to visit your lands and is likely to remain so for some time; similarly, sa Hairas in Wahtwastand is currently attending to other matters and is unfortunately unable to leave them at this time. As these circumstances are simply unavoidable and were pre-existing at the time of your invitation, we shall instead offer to send Haarsfrauja Robert Gulfsunus of the Raikhsharjis to your lands.
Though we doubt any harm will befall him, we feel it only prudent to inform you of the fact that he is uncle to sa Hauhkuno and the father of sa Hairas in Wahtwastand, naturally making him part of the Hauhkunoleiksibja. His reception is none of our concern, but we would ask for assurances to be given as to his well treatment and safety, in the form of oaths sworn and witnessed. Beyond that, we waive any rights to have him tried under our own laws with the understanding that his treatment be appropriate to his rank and station in our country under your own laws. In the event that his treatment is found to be lacking, heriot, of either reditus nigri or reditus albi, is to be expected. This rent is to not be denied.
