After some recent scares, It became clear that the size of the Sheenish Army was insufficient. As such, overwhelming support in the political classes and working class exists for the creation of a 2nd Division to bolster defending forces. Decisions were made to also make sure that all men would be armed with Model 1194s, while Model 1192's would be kept in reserve for conscription and sniper use. The new division however found some opposition in the upper class, who disliked the idea of any further militarisation that would reduce unemployment, however the support was so monumental from their workers that opposition was futile, and the new division would be set to start training in early 1196.
