The Kaskadien Republic formally requests an audience with Empress Catherine in St. Helena.
We wish to discuss Kaskadien intervention in the conflicts you are currently involved in, specifically the Civil War in Duom.
As you are aware the Republic has remained neutral in the conflict, but we have now seen it as a necessity to deal with the many crises the non-combatant populace face. We intend to discuss how best to handle the situation, hopefully as a combined effort.
both myself and my associates intend to stay in the Kaskadien Legation, to help with the logistics of our meeting. I will also inform you ahead of time we do plan to keep our arms on our persons during this expedition. We also intend to sail to St. Helena aboard the KDV Ballad which should hopefully make quick work of our trip.
We do hope you find this meeting in good faith, and will allow our arrival in roughly 20 days time.
