The Associated cities sends it's requests to end it's embargo: - The Republic of Heel is to promise that it will not harm Sheenish Ships as it has done through the horrendous explosion in teutenberg ever again. - The Republic of Heel is to share control of the Drusskian Strait with Drusskia, and that any closing of the strait must be agreed by both nations. The Republic of Heel does not Acknowledge the Explosion as a fault on its side it does however promise to do its best in preventing such things to ever happen again in Heel controled waters. The Republik of Heel promises not to close the Straight without Druskian support. |
