By his majesty's decree all Rodinians fleeing the state are welcomed into WTC. The Crown hereby declares the creation of the ministry of Rodinian affairs to handle any new Rodinians who enter the nation and support them at the Crown's expense. The Crown offers to work with Rodinian refugees in regards to the attainment of citizenship and the recognition of nobility. The Crown with the support of the Tholish Church offers the Rodinian church refuge in WTC in case Rodina's government threatens it.
